Customer Service Rep, Office Administrator/ Coordinator

Blue Line Distribution, the in‑house food distributor for Little Caesars, is hiring a full‑time Customer Service Representative for our Houston, TX Distribution Center.
Responsibilities- Ensure customer food and equipment orders are processed timely and accurately into the system, confirming all orders are complete and coordinating daily tasks/communicating out‑of‑stock items.
- Process labels and generate pick lists as needed.
- Contact all stores on the call list and enter customer orders daily.
- Continuously update product knowledge and current marketing programs to effectively assist the customer.
- Assist customers with add‑ons/special deliveries and will calls by ensuring orders are received by warehouse personnel in a timely manner.
- Process accurate orders, billing and check remittance for Pizza Kits.
- Daily scan Proof of Delivery (POD) invoices.
- Ensure credit memos are issued in a precise and timely manner.
- Schedule receiving appointments.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 6 months of quick‑service restaurant operations experience or similar experience preferred.
- Typing speed of at least 60 words per minute.
- Proficiency with Windows and basic data processing.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with all types of customers.
- Demonstrated ability to listen, ask questions, follow up, and address client concerns.
- Customer‑focused attitude with excellent phone etiquette and experience dealing with frustrated or difficult customers.
- Experience in a fast‑paced workplace with flexibility and responsiveness.
- Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload and handle multiple priorities concurrently.
- Strong teamwork, supporting team members when needed.
- Proficiency in proper English, spelling, grammar and punctuation.
- Ability to collect and tabulate historical data.
- Experience multitasking in a fast‑paced environment.
Skills and Abilities
- Customer call center experience.
The role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and headsets and may require supporting customers on various work schedules that include holidays, weekends, and evenings.
