Job Description
As an Onboarding Associate, you will assist applicants through the application and hiring process, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience. You will support multiple applicants simultaneously, guiding them through new-hire paperwork and possibly the fingerprinting process.
Responsibilities- Assist applicants with completing their new-hire paperwork and the hiring process.
- Manage the fingerprinting process when necessary.
- Handle documentation, paper filing, and storage of paperwork and applications.
- Provide excellent customer service to create a positive experience for applicants.
- Proficiency in onboarding, customer service, and data entry.
- Experience in new hire orientation and administrative support.
- Fluency in Spanish, both spoken and written.
- 1-2 years of experience in retail or customer service.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to efficiently navigate computer systems, especially Microsoft Office.
Skills & Qualifications
- High School Diploma required.
You will work in an office environment as part of a team of approximately 10 Onboarding Assistants. The workspace includes around 30 computers to facilitate the application process for 40-60 applicants daily. Your role will be vital in providing a welcoming and efficient experience for each applicant.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Memphis, TN.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
