Bilingual Customer Service Sales

Position: Bilingual Customer Service   Sales
This role combines exceptional customer service skills with the ability to promote and sell our products effectively.  The ideal candidate will be a quick learner, possess strong communication skills, and have experience in sales and customer services.  Data entry skills required.

Responsibilities:

+ Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email.

+ Resolve customer complaints efficiently and maintain a positive, professional attitude.

Sales:

+ Build expert knowledge of our products.

+ Identify customer needs and present solutions.

Communication:

+ Engage with customers in a friendly, professional manner to deliver exceptional experiences and build lasting relationships.

Basic Requirements:

+ Ability to answer phones

+ Strong customer service

+ Ability to accurately enter data from work tickets

+ Spanish speaking/writing abilities needed

Training will be provided.

Work hours:

7A-4P

** Pay Details:**  $17.00 per hour
