Steve Womack State Farm is expanding our high‑performance sales force and seeks a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic office. This role offers an exceptional platform for driven sales professionals who hold an active insurance license and thrive in a consultative, client‑first environment. As part of our team, you’ll build and nurture relationships, deliver tailored coverage solutions, and contribute directly to our reputation for excellence.
Responsibilities- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail‑oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Must have or be able to obtain both Property and Casualty and Life & Health Licenses.
