Anserfone is seeking a part-time Call Center Agent in Memphis, TN to join our inbound call center team. After paid on-the-job training, you will handle incoming calls with a friendly and helpful attitude. You will greet callers, gather needed information, transfer calls or take messages, and use our state-of-the-art call processing system.
Weekend work and some holiday shifts are required. Strong spelling and grammar, basic computer skills, dependability, and the ability to type at least 35 WPM
