You’llensure both the customer experience and our team’s experienceareremarkable,from thatinitialphone callfor help until ourcrewsare leaving the jobsite. Butthat’snot all:you’llalso beimpactinghomeowner’slives by tactically supporting the team that will solve the most serious issues with their home. No specific construction experience is necessary;we’llprovide you with all the training and tools you need to expertly and confidently do your work.

What we need from you:

• Experience and a proven track-recordin the customer service field is preferred
• Experience in project scheduling preferred
• High-level organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to understand, speak, read, and write in English
• Ability to understand and communicate in Spanisha plus
• Skill in and ability tooperatea computer andassociatedtechnologicalprograms
• Ability to detect, recognize and process information in written materials and on a computer screen 100% oftime
• Ability to exert up to 10 lb. of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequentlyor constantly to move objects,maintaininga stationary position most of the time
