Auto Nation Collision Center is seeking a Collision Concierge who will greet customers, discuss repair options on the service drive or in the sales department, and document repair needs and estimated costs.
You will seek customer approval, update customers and internal associates on repair status, understand basic collision repair parameters and insurance programs, and work with others on daily planning, compliance, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
