Customer Service Associate Industry:

OPPORTUNITY:Asthe first line of communication for a customer, your goal will be to provide outstanding customer service to our clients by using established effective customer service procedures and managing customer satisfaction experiences. Toqualify for the role, the ideal candidate must have proven experience workingin a customer service position, with excellent knowledge of the latest industry trends and techniques. In addition to being an excellent communicator (written and verbally), you will also demonstrate strong leadership, interpersonal skills and computer skills.
HandlingProblems and Claims
- Customer inquiries Rangefrom inventory levels, tracking orders or handling freight claims.
- Representative will attemptto solve the problems or propose some solutions for resolution.
- Responsible for all orderentry in your territory, from several marketing methods.
- Representatives will be required to learn the product line in order to be able to provide product orservice information to assist customers in deciding about a product to buy.
- The job of a customer service representative will also involve clerical responsibilities.
- Such duties will involveanswering telephone calls and making the appropriate transfers and using ERPsoftware to track orders or shipping information.
- Other duties include processing new client accounts, maintaining customer accounts, implementingchanges to existing accounts, and filing documents and other paperwork.
- Customer Service Representative will need top organizational practices, time management, written and verbal communication skills, well versed in Microsoft Office and excellentcomputer skills.

SCHEDULE:
Monday– Friday, 8 am to 5 pm with hour lunch
