Socket.dev in Memphis, TN is seeking a friendly Customer Service Support Specialist to join our in-house call center. You will handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, and chats to schedule service appointments while delivering exceptional customer service.
Work hours are 9 AM–6 PM, Monday to Friday, with a rotating Saturday per month and a weekday off to balance life and work. If you love helping people and driving customer delight, we want to hear from you!
