As a Customer Service Representative / Inside Sales professional
, you’ll be the voice of Glass Doctor—helping residential and business customers in moments when they need it most. When glass cracks, shatters, or a project needs precision, you’ll be the calm, knowledgeable expert who guides them through the next steps.

As a Glass Doctor CSR, you are a vital part of our team. You will deliver top‑notch customer service while showcasing your communication, organization, and sales skills.

• Answer inbound calls, emails, and online inquiries with professionalism and urgency.
• Guide customers through service options, pricing, scheduling, and next steps.
• Convert inquiries into scheduled appointments through confident, consultative communication.
• Follow up on open estimates, pending jobs, and customer questions to secure opportunities.
• Maintain accurate customer records, notes, and documentation in our CRM system.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure job readiness and customer satisfaction.
• Support billing, payment processing, and service agreement renewals.
• Promote additional services when appropriate to help customers with future needs.

The following are the minimum requirements to be considered for the CSR/Inside Sales position at Glass Doctor:

• Prior customer service or inside sales experience (home services preferred).
• Strong phone skills and a confident, friendly communication style.
• Computer literate with working knowledge of business software and CRM systems.
• Strong organization skills—able to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to learn product knowledge and service offerings quickly.
• Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record is a plus.
