ResponsibilitiesOversees the operation of the Telephone Room on a day-to-day basis; supervises, trains, and evaluates the work of employees; ensures all calls are answered, directed, and transferred in a professional and courteous manner; coordinates schedule pickups and completes required forms; monitors and reviews organized recordkeeping system for all pickup records.
Qualifications- High school diploma or G.E.D. preferred.
- Six months of experience assisting the public or operating a switchboard, or any equivalent combination of training and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
