Position OverviewOur rapidly growing business is seeking a self-motivated National Customer Success Specialist. We require outstanding customer service, organizational and follow-through skills. We are seeking a team player with the ability to prioritize, solve customer issues independently and ensure timely processing of purchase order requisitions.
Responsibilities- Manage the day-to-day needs of a portfolio of multi-million dollars accounts, including the processing of purchase order requisitions.
- Track orders and follow through for customer.
- Interact with sales managers, and distribution facilities regarding supply requirements.
- Lead and Manage customer feedback and coordinate resolutions internally.
- Embrace and exceed customer expectations.
