Salary: $21-23/hr.

Shift: 1st

• Resolving customer service or billing complaints by exchanging merchandise, refunding money, and adjusting bills
• Contacting customers to respond to inquiries or notify them of claim investigation results and planned adjustments
• Referring unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation
• Keeping records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, comments, and actions taken
• Securing hotel and ground transport arrangements for Fed Ex pilots

• Phone and computer skills required
• Working to secure hotel and ground transport for pilots

• Have strong verbal and written communication skills
• Possess excellent attention to detail and customer service skills
• Demonstrate the ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
• Are able to accurately document and record customer/client information
• Have previous experience with computer applications such as MS Outlook or data entry software
• Hold a high school diploma or GED (preferred)
• Have 0-2 years of customer service related experience
