JOB SUMMARY/ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
The Lead Dental Assistant is specific to Le Bonheur Pediatric Dental Clinic provides chairside assistance and clinical practice support for faculty, residents, and dental students. This position is responsible for staff oversight, supervises dental assistance, and provides work direction to the front desk staff. This position is the main point of contact for the Le Bonheur Pediatric Dentistry Clinic, as it overrides the day-to-day operations.
