Sr Advisor-UI​/UX Designer

Overview

Responsible for designing intuitive, accessible, and visually appealing user interfaces that meet both business objectives and user needs.

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity designs aligned with product requirements, user needs and business goals.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and improve user experience.
• Collaborate with product managers, product owners, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
• Maintain and evolve design systems and style guides to ensure consistency and scalability across products and platforms.
• Define and track user experience metrics to evaluate and improve design effectiveness.
• Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree in human‑computer interaction, computer science, design or equivalent work experience.
• Seven (7) years of experience in UI/UX design for web, mobile, or enterprise applications.
• Proven expertise in creating wireframes, prototypes, and design systems/components.
• Strong working knowledge of user research, methodologies, usability testing, accessibility standards, and design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch).
• User‑centered design thinking to craft effective, intuitive interfaces.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to work closely with cross‑functional teams.
• High attention to detail and strong problem‑solving skills to address usability and accessibility challenges.

• Some travel required.

This position can be domiciled at any Fed Ex Freight location within the continental US. You will be required to work at a Fed Ex Freight location several times per week.
