We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Residential Designer / Drafter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience designing and drafting custom residential homes and be comfortable working in a professional, collaborative office environment.
Responsibilities- Design and draft custom residential homes
- Create detailed residential floor plans and exterior elevations
- Produce accurate construction drawings using AutoCAD or Revit
- Develop 3D renderings and visualizations using Sketch Up, Revit, or Lumion (preferred)
- Collaborate with designers, architects, and clients to develop residential designs
- Maintain accuracy, quality, and attention to detail throughout the design process
- Previous experience in residential drafting and design
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or Revit
- Experience designing and drafting residential floor plans and elevations
- Experience with Sketch Up, Revit, or Lumion for 3D renderings is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret architectural concepts
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating with a team
- Must be willing to relocate or commute to work in the office
