Weekday Day, Full Time, 40 hours per week

Job Description:

St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital is a private, not‑for‑profit institute recognized for state‑of‑the‑art clinical services and innovative research. The BMTCT Department seeks a highly motivated faculty member on the clinical or clinician‑scientist track. The role will encompass: clinical care and translational research in hematology‑oncology, mentorship and fellowship training, and integration of quality and process improvement into practice.

Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical, educational, and translational research initiatives in bone marrow transplantation and cellular therapy.
  • Align individual goals with departmental and institutional strategic priorities.
  • Mentor fellows and trainees in an academic setting.
  • Incorporate quality improvement and process improvement in daily clinical practice.
Qualifications
  • MD or DO with board certification or eligibility in pediatric hematology‑oncology.
  • Proven track record in bone marrow transplantation and cellular therapy.
  • Experience in clinical/translational research and patient‑directed research.
  • Strong communication, teaching, and collaborative skills.
