  You’ll be the only full-time urologist in a 30,000+ patient service area
• Collaborative Environment

• $550,000 Base Salary – Guaranteed for 2 years
• Up to $100K Sign-On Bonus
• Relocation Assistance – Up to $30K
• Quarterly Productivity Bonuses – Work RVU model with banked safety net
• Extra Call Pay – $500/day beyond minimal rotation
• Full Benefits – Malpractice, CME, retirement, 25 PTO days, health/dental/vision

• Board-certified or board-eligible Urologist
• Team-first attitude with desire to collaborate with PCPs and OB/GYN
• Comfortable starting from scratch and becoming the face of a new specialty in the region
• Interest in rural living, community integration, and long‑term impact
