This inpatient hospital located in Nashville, Tennessee provides comprehensive interventional radiology services with established protocols to support a full scope of procedural care delivery. The facility serves a regional patient population and maintains the infrastructure necessary for high-volume interventional radiology coverage on an ongoing basis. Clinical operations are conducted entirely on-site in support of the interventional radiology service line.

Nashville, Tennessee, known as Music City USA, offers a range of cultural and entertainment attractions suited to varied interests. Clinicians on assignment may explore destinations such as the Grand Ole Opry, Ryman Auditorium, the Country Music Hall of Fame, and the Broadway entertainment district, along with historic sites including Fort Nashborough and the Tennessee State Capitol. Outdoor experiences along the Cumberland River, access to nearby destinations such as Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, and a variety of dining and live music options contribute to a well-rounded experience during the assignment.

Clinicians will provide 100% on-site inpatient interventional radiology coverage during day shifts from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM on a 7 on 7 off schedule, with weeknight and weekend call responsibilities. Procedural responsibilities include angiography and venography, angioplasty, stent placement, thrombectomy and thrombolysis, embolization procedures (including UAE, GI bleed, and tumor embolization), IVC filter placement and retrieval, image-guided biopsies, drainage procedures, gastrostomy and feeding tube placement, lumbar punctures, myelograms, vertebroplasty and kyphoplasty, pain injections, central venous catheter placement, port placement and removal, and dialysis graft and fistula interventions.

An expected volume of 8-10 procedures per day is anticipated for this assignment. Board certification is required.
