We’re hiring an experienced Instructional Designer to manage and enhance a Learning Library LMS for a stable, low-turnover organization

• Design, develop, and maintain LMS course content
• Collaborate with stakeholders and LMS programmers
• Ensure quality, accuracy, and accessibility of courses
• Support continuous improvement of learning programs

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design or related field
• 3+ years of instructional design and LMS experience
• Working knowledge of HTML5/CSS
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
