- Works with pastors to connect worship themes with sermons
- Oversees audio/visual needs for smooth services
- Supports ministries for children, students, families, and adults
- Comfortable using social media for communication and ministry
- Is committed to urban ministry and community outreach
- Actively engages with groups using our campus, including:
- Child Enrichment Center (Our day care program)
- Girl Scouts
- Y-Care
- First Responder Ministry
- EZBeds4U
- Passionate about serving both the church family and the surrounding community
- Able to build relationships, lead volunteers, and work as part of a team
- Aligns with Southern Baptist beliefs and mission
- College degree and/or seminary preferred
- Preferred previous experience, but not required
