Identifies creative solutions and incorporates new processes to improve workflows, production, security, and efficiency. Utilizes the capabilities of technology systems to support both efficient internal business processes and maintain compliance with educational accreditation rules and regulations. Under the direction of the Regional Clinical Site Director. Responsible for all functions part-time as defined in employment contract. Responsibilities
* Configure and maintain educational platforms to increase workflow and accuracy.
* Input calendars, rotation schedules and other materials to the learning management systems by designated deadlines.
* Coordinate with Core Clinical site Directors, Clinical Medical Education Specialists, and preceptors to facilitate scheduling, credentialing, testing and evaluation activities related to clinical education during OMS 3 and 4.
* Import and categorize information needed for curriculum delivery, exams and schedules.
* Coordinate student and faculty curricular events, including appropriately communicating with groups as needed by email or other means.
* Collaborate on standard operating procedure (SOP) and training material development for course directors and faculty.
* Coordinate guest lectures and relevant events supporting this role in medical education.
* Perform related accountabilities/responsibilities as required or directed. Requirements, Preferences and Experience
Required:
* Vocational education or job experience in an administrative field.
* Two years of administrative experience in a health care setting. Desired:
* Associate's or Bachelor's degree in health care, educational technology, or higher education.
* Three years of experience in a health care setting.
* Experience with learning management systems (LMS) or other educational technologies.
* Experience in undergraduate medical education program.
