Overview
Summary
Serves as an administrator in medical education platforms supporting curriculum for medical students. Interacts with Core Site Clinical Directors, preceptors, and Clinical Medical Education Specialists to facilitate scheduling of clinical rotations and end of rotation exams, credentialing of preceptors, and facilitation of end of rotation evaluations by both student and preceptor. Develops reports for curriculum planning and analysis and ensures the integrity of data required to analyze student performance/progress and faculty effectiveness.
Identifies creative solutions and incorporates new processes to improve workflows, production, security, and efficiency. Utilizes the capabilities of technology systems to support both efficient internal business processes and maintain compliance with educational accreditation rules and regulations. Under the direction of the Regional Clinical Site Director. Responsible for all functions part-time as defined in employment contract.

Requirements, Preferences and Experience
Required:
- Vocational education or job experience in an administrative field.
- Two years of administrative experience in a health care setting.
Desired:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in health care, educational technology, or higher education.
- Three years of experience in a health care setting.
- Experience with learning management systems (LMS) or other educational technologies.
- Experience in undergraduate medical education program.
