Job Description

• Coordinate and implement educational curriculum by developing classroom activities based on developmentally appropriate practices and early learning standards
• Lead by example; encourage teaching team success through modeling and coaching.
• Plan individual and group age-appropriate activities to actively engage children and encourage social, cognitive and emotional growth that relate to the curriculum.
• Maintain frequent communications with parents through discussions, progress reports, and parent-teacher conferences.
• Ensure all center policies and state regulations are met.
• Ensure a healthy classroom environment – including maintaining appropriate hygiene and cleanliness standards and safety and security of children.
• Supervise any teacher assistants and classroom volunteers to ensure they are following planned activities, hygiene and safety standards.
• Maintain accurate records, forms and files.
• Maintain personal professional development plan to ensure continuous quality improvement.
• Assist in the implementation of curricula activities and encourage participation by children.
• Actively engage in activities; manage cleanliness, maintenance, and availability of classroom materials.
• Maintain frequent communications with parents through informal discussions and progress reports.
• Encourage self-help and good hygiene through behavior modeling.
• Help ensure smooth, daily transition from home to child care center.
• Follow all center policies and state regulations.
• Maintain personal professional development plan to ensure continuous quality improvement.

Our program is taught by dedicated and experienced educators. Using proven teaching strategies, and countless amount of on going training courses relating to child care development. Our educators make sure that every student finds a path to success. We believe a child's early experiences enrich and stimulate future growth. Educators will be in direct contact with parents on a daily and monitoring each child's progress.

We offer full time, part time and drop in care, Monday
- Friday. This program is geared for the children but requires 100% PARENT PARTICIPATION! We are dedicated EDUCATORS!
