About the Role
Performs as an instructional facilitator in selected schools to increase effectiveness of on‑site instructional programs, improve utilization of instructional materials, and promote development, implementation and coordination of the school's instructional goals.
Qualifications- Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's Degree.
- Master's Degree preferred in Curriculum and Instruction and/or Administrative & Supervision (Educational Leadership). Requires five (5) years of demonstrated successful teaching experience.
- Valid Tennessee Teacher's Certificate and meets the definition of "highly qualified".
- Grade related Endorsements required.
- PROOF OF EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND/OR EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED.
- Degree Equivalency Formula:
Bachelor's Degree = 4 years plus required years of experience;
Master's Degree = 6 years plus required years of experience.
