Program Specialist (Boosterthon Program)

As a Program Specialist, you’ll be the face of the Boosterthon program on elementary school campuses, helping schools reach their fundraising goals and creating a positive impact for students and communities.

• Teach and present a character-based curriculum to students.
• Set up and host the Boosterthon Fun Run fundraiser.
• Motivate students to participate and raise funds for their school.
• Engage with teachers, parents, and school administrators.
• Model fitness, leadership, and character as part of a team.

• Excellent communication skills with students, faculty, and staff.
• Positive attitude, optimism, enthusiasm, and intentionality.
• Growth mindset and continual desire to learn and grow.
• Good judgment, self-awareness, and emotional intelligence.

• Licensed driver with reliable transportation.
• Pass Booster’s background and motor vehicle check.
• Able to lift up to 45 lbs and remain active throughout the day.
• Full‑day availability (7:00am–4:00pm) on scheduled workdays.
