Southwest Tennessee Community College is seeking a College Work Study Program DREAM Peer Mentor to support incoming and returning students through the DREAM coaching model. The role focuses on information provision, encouragement, and academic guidance within Advising and Academic Support.
You must be a registered student with federal work-study eligibility, carry a minimum 2.75 GPA, and be available for 10 hours weekly. Training and campus engagement are provided.
