Work closely with the Student Services team to increase enrollment and provide a positive experience for all prospective and current students. Assist with the development and implementation of best practices for recruiting, enrolling, and engaging new students.

Recruiting
  • Assist prospective students through all phases of the admissions process.
  • Answer incoming enrollment questions via call, text, email, or walk-up from prospective students, parents, school counselors, or other interested parties.
  • Represent Moore Tech at college fairs, career fairs, and other recruitment events.
  • Proactively communicate with prospective students, their parents, and high school counselors via phone, text, email, or in person.
  • Lead campus tours to groups and individuals.
  • Proctor admissions exams as needed for prospective students.
  • Assist with the creation and design of new digital and print recruitment material.
  • Update and edit existing recruitment material, both digital and print.
Supporting
  • Work closely with the Director of Admissions, Registrar, and Financial Aid Coordinator to ensure students receive helpful resources and information for timely enrollment.
  • Participate in New Student Orientation and other Student Services campus events
    Assist in creating programming and activities to recruit and retain students.
Data/Record-Keeping
  • Ensure that application information is entered into the student database.
  • Review prospective students’ applications and direct them to the appropriate resources for guidance on courses of study, financial aid, scholarships, or other information.
  • Meet enrollment goals and provide helpful enrollment projections for the future.
  • Perform other Student Services related duties as assigned.
Work Schedule

Monday
- Friday 8am-3:30pm (Friday 3:00pm)
Occasional evening or Saturday events on a seasonal basis.
May be required to work outside normal working hours during peak enrollment times.
