Job Title

The town of Froges is today an element of the territorial structure of the Grenoble urban area and the Grésivaudan. This sector also constitutes a particular geographical area where the urban and landscape transition between the densely urbanized Isère plain, the hillside, and the large natural spaces of Belledonne is established. In the context of its childhood policy, the City of Froges is recruiting for a replacement Animateur Coordonnateur Enfance (H/F) on a full-time annualized basis to be filled on 01/09/2025.

Reporting to the Director General of Services, you will act as an Animateur Coordonnateur Enfance (3-11 years) to supervise and coordinate the animation teams of a after-school care.

You have confirmed experience in animation. Experience in team management and supervision is highly desirable. PSC1 is desired; as well as a diploma allowing the direction of a reception of minors of +80 days and +80 children, appreciated or would be a plus. You have knowledge of the legislation concerning the rules of hygiene and safety as well as animation techniques for children.

You are accustomed to working in a network, in cross-service cooperation approaches with other services. You master the project methodology. You have a sense of responsibility, and you are respectful of the deontology inherent in the public service and of the hierarchical organization of the Collectivity. Equipped with recognized relational qualities, you have a sense of teamwork. Your organization, diplomacy, availability, and capacity for adaptation will be assets necessary to carry out your missions.
