The YMCA of Memphis & the Mid-South is seeking a part-time Y Achievers Advisor to help implement the Y Achievers program at area high schools and middle schools in Memphis, TN.
You will supervise volunteers and participants, deliver curriculum-driven activities, recruit teens, and support youth development with a focus on safety and engagement. Flexible schedule, 10–15 hours weekly, with programs Mon–Thu 2pm–6pm and occasional Saturdays.
