KIPP Memphis is seeking a Literacy Director to lead literacy instruction across campuses in Memphis. The role sets vision for standards-aligned reading and writing, builds capacity of teachers, and aligns curriculum, data, and interventions to accelerate literacy outcomes including ACT readiness.
The director collaborates with school leaders, instructional coaches, and the academics team to ensure every student has access to excellent English instruction and targeted supports to close literacy
