• Develop warehouse staff members
• Ensure all associates follow SOPs
• Complete special projects as assigned
• Investigate and resolve problems effectively
• Monitor, track, and discipline staff when necessary
• Maintain a safe work environment by enforcing safety requirements
• Perform other duties as assigned

Travel less than 5%. Shifts range from 8-12 hours based on business needs.

• College degree
• Strong interdepartmental communication skills
• Effective reasoning and problem-solving skills
• 1-5 years leadership in a 3PL/warehouse setting
• Ability to set pace and focus on quality
• Proficiency with IT hardware, software, and peripherals
• Empathetic and tactful listening skills
• Safe operation of power equipment in confined spaces

• Bachelor’s degree
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Experience in Inventory Control, Cost Savings, Production Scheduling, Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Product Launches
• Familiarity with WMS systems: AS 400, MARC, Manhattan, SAP, Red Prairie; MS Office:
  Excel, Outlook
• 2-3 years warehouse experience, preferably in receiving
