Monitors and effectively address repair vendor performance to commitments and quality/reliability, particularly with regard to high value/complex aircraft components.
Essential Functions- Reviews technical repair orders, perform detailed analytics, and manage repair vendors to ensure quality and reliability.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Bachelor's degree/equivalent in a Technical or Aerospace Discipline.
Current A&P Licenses required.
Minimum ExperienceFive (5) years related experience in an Aircraft Maintenance Environment.
PMO/Project Leadership Experience.
Knowledge,Skills And Abilities
Understanding of Aircraft Maintenance procedures and technical documents.
Problem solving/QDM experience/Lean Experience.
Demonstrated contract administration and negotiation experience.
Job ConditionsNon-covered safety sensitive position; ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner.
Additional DetailsThe desired location for this position is Memphis; TN. Employees will be required to work at the Fed Ex location five days a week. This position will close 5 PM CT August 31, 2026.
