Are you a skilled Tekla Structures Detailer with a passion for precision and structural design? We’re looking for an experienced professional to join our dynamic and growing team in Memphis, TN. If you’re detail-oriented, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have a solid background in structural steel detailing, we want to hear from you!

• Create accurate 3D models using Tekla Structures for structural and miscellaneous steel projects
• Generate fabrication and erection drawings, reports, and CNC files from the Tekla model
• Interpret design drawings and project specifications to develop complete steel detailing packages
• Coordinate and collaborate with project managers, engineers, and fabricators to ensure constructability and accuracy
• Participate in clash detection and model coordination reviews
• Meet project deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards

• 2+ years of experience in steel detailing using Tekla Structures
• Strong understanding of structural and miscellaneous steel components
• Familiarity with AISC standards and building codes
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Self-motivated and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience with connection design is a plus

Employees must be able to talk, hear, and frequently sit, with occasional standing, walking, reaching, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and crawling. Regular lifting up to 25 lbs and occasional lifting up to 50 lbs is required. Vision requirements include close and color vision and focus adjustment. Work may involve exposure to moving mechanical parts, airborne particles, chemicals, electrical hazards, and explosives.

Noise levels can be very loud, requiring ear protection.
