Technical Assistant Sales

Responsibilities

• Provide full-lifecycle technical support on battery materials (core: electrolyte, lithium hexafluorophosphate (LiPF₆), lithium iron phosphate, etc.) to the sales team, including interpretation of product technical parameters, application scenario matching, and competitive technical difference analysis to assist sales order conversion.
• 2. Customer Technical Docking: Responsible for coordinating with the technical departments of customers in the U.S. market, accurately identifying customer technical needs, and providing customized technical solutions.
• 3. Pre-sales and After-sales Support: Participate in pre-sales customer visits and technical exchange meetings, lead product technical demonstrations and sample testing plan formulation; follow up on product usage after sales, solve technical problems encountered by customers in the process of material application (such as battery performance fluctuations, material compatibility issues, etc.), and improve customer satisfaction.
• 4. Technical Document Writing: Compile product technical manuals, sales toolkits (technical selling point extraction, FAQ answers), sample testing reports and other documents to ensure accurate and efficient transmission of technical information; assist in completing customer demand research reports and technical proposal.
• 5. Market Technical Insight: Track the technical development trends of the lithium battery industry, collect competitive technical information and potential customer technical needs, feed back to R&D and sales management, and provide a basis for product iteration and sales strategy formulation. Link with the R&D department to promote the technical R&D docking of customized customer products, coordinate with the production department to solve technical standard matching problems in the product delivery process, and ensure the implementation of technical solutions.
