A leading manufacturer is seeking an experienced High Voltage Lab Manager to oversee all high-voltage testing operations and ensure compliance with ANSI, IEC
, and related standards. This role leads a technical team, manages lab performance, and serves as a key point of contact for customer testing needs.
- Manage day-to-day high-voltage lab operations, safety, and quality.
- Lead and mentor a skilled technical team.
- Oversee and perform electrical testing per industry and customer requirements.
- Communicate test procedures and results to internal teams and customers.
- Maintain testing protocols, calibration, and QA processes.
- Prepare technical reports and support audits/inspections.
- Partner with Engineering/R&D on testing and product development.
- Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years electrical testing and lab management experience.
- Strong knowledge of ANSI/IEC standards
. - Effective communicator with proven leadership ability.
- Experience with root cause analysis, QA, and inventory systems (SAP a plus).
