Due to our continued growth, Arvato is looking to add a dynamic, hands‑on Project Manager. The ideal candidate is a self‑starter who can drive projects to on‑time delivery, with a focus on quality in a very fast‑paced environment. You will have knowledge of supply chain management and feel comfortable working in an open, dynamic and international environment. You will leverage your strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, while being a team player who can communicate effectively, both internally and with our clients.
You have an open mindset and can quickly adapt to new technologies and software tools to drive innovation. Additionally, you will analyze logistics processes, develop innovative solutions and implement new technologies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Manage large, complex projects for our North American and global healthcare initiatives with the support of cross‑functional teams through the full lifecycle.
Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.
Utilize data analytics and hands‑on experience to identify inefficiencies and opportunities to optimize brownfield solutions or create greenfield solutions.
Analyze current processes and workflows to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with procurement, inventory, and production teams to streamline supply chain operations.
Identify opportunities for automation, including robotics and automated systems, to enhance productivity and reduce manual labor.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field with at least 3 years of experience.
Minimum of 3 years in project management including process documentation;
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.Proven experience in data analytics, process improvement, and material flow management.
Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
Experience with automation technologies and systems integration.
Know‑how of SAP WM (understand how processes are setup in SAP) preferred.
Experience in test‑management and IT‑testing preferred.
Advanced Excel preferred.
AutoCAD experience preferred.
Master’s degree in Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field preferred.
Certification in Lean Six Sigma or related continuous improvement methodologies preferred.
