** Job Summary**##
** Where You’ll Make a Difference
*** Support root cause analysis of equipment failures, including documentation and research
* Collect and document equipment data for predictive maintenance technologies
* Input specifications into vibration, MCA, ultrasound, lubrication, and IR systems
* Update the site CMMS with accurate spare parts, equipment data, and PM strategies
* Lead development of a site-wide KPI database to track asset health and reliability
* Support capital requests to engineer out equipment failure modes
* Contribute to execution and design of capital projects for critical assets
* Analyze historical OEE losses to support capital justification efforts
* Develop Power Apps to support inventory, training, and QR/barcode initiatives
** What Makes You the Right Fit
*** Currently enrolled in an accredited engineering bachelor’s program
* Sophomore through Senior academic standing
* Preferred majors:
Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
* Chemical Engineering students will also be considered
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Comfortable working in a manufacturing or plant environment
* Interest in reliability, maintenance, and asset management
* Ability to document technical information clearly
* Collaborative, curious, and eager to learn
* Coursework or interest in reliability, maintenance, or predictive technologies
* Experience with data analysis, CMMS systems, or Power Apps
* Exposure to manufacturing, utilities, or industrial environments
* Gain hands-on experience with industry-leading reliability technologies
* Work alongside experienced Mechanical and Electrical Engineers
* Contribute to real projects with measurable plant impact
