Hyperscale Debug Technician

Flextronics -  - Responsibilities:
Perform advanced board-level troubleshooting and component level debug on complex multilayer server and data center PCBAs, including CPU, GPU, FPGA, ASIC, memory, and power subsystems;
Diagnose high speed digital, power distribution, and mixed signal circuits using schematics, PCB layout files, POST codes, BIOS logs, boundary scan, and diagnostic utilities;
Utilize advanced test equipment including high bandwidth oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, protocol analyzers, power analyzers, spectrum analyzers, and automated test platforms;
Execute precision debug of fine-pitch and large body BGAs using controlled thermal profiles, X-ray verification, and industry-standard rework practices;
Perform root cause failure analysis, identify systemic failure trends, and implement corrective and preventive actions
