Position SummaryWe are looking for a driven Electrical Engineer to join our Project Engineering Group in Batesville, Arkansas.
In this role, you will be at the heart of our world-class specialty chemicals and biofuels manufacturing facility, working alongside a dedicated team of engineers and technologists. Key Responsibilities- Provide critical technical assistance, process improvement, and manufacturing support for chemical production, utilities, and maintenance.
- Design, plan, and implement new electrical equipment layouts and control systems based on pilot plant data.
- Troubleshoot complex electrical and instrumentation problems to identify root causes and ensure safe, continuous operations.
- Evaluate and specify a wide range of electrical equipment, from motor starters and VFDs to high‑voltage power systems and lighting design.
- Manage multiple capital projects simultaneously, applying sound process economics to determine feasibility and communicating progress to stakeholders.
- Bachelor of Science or Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from an ABET accredited engineering school.
- A strong interest or proven experience working within a manufacturing environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate across all levels of the organization.
- A highly motivated, self‑directed approach with creative problem‑solving skills and a desire to learn and lead.
