* About the Role:

* + As a CBRE Energy Analyst, you will assist in supporting the implementation of energy initiatives for a small to medium-sized site, region, or account. This job is part of the Energy and Sustainability function. They are responsible for the development and implementation of environmental and social sustainability programs.

+ CBRE is seeking a Energy Analyst to support various sites in Arkansas, Tennessee and Mississippi within our Healthcare sector. ** What You'll Do:*
* + Identify cost savings opportunities and budgets for utilities.

+ Assist with the coordination of energy procurement and energy-related projects on behalf of client accounts.

+ Prepare monthly variance and energy service status reports.

+ Monitor and report on energy use, bill gap reviews, and spending trends.

+ Maintain, review, and evaluate utility bill data. Provide basic energy and sustainability-related input to preventative maintenance and engineering procedures.

+ Help with the development of site energy profiles, site surveys, and energy plans.

+ Gather and organize all support documentation as directed.

+ Under supervision participate in site inspections, surveys, and reporting. Use existing procedures to solve standard problems.

+ Analyze information and standard practices to make judgments.

+ Impact the quality of own work.

+ Work within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.

+ Exchange straightforward information, ask questions, and check for understanding.

+ Support the development and execution of energy management programs and improvement of client KPIs.

+ Assist in sustainability consulting for a facility to help meet sustainability goals. Execute opportunities to improve energy and sustainability performance.

+ Support sustainability goals, energy resilience strategies, and programs.

+ Review data and interpretation of energy and sustainability reports.

+ Execute a sustainability, resilience, and smart energy plan for a designated facility. Integrate knowledge of energy procurement and new technologies to improve performance.

+ Present periodic energy and sustainability status and variance reports. Collect energy, waste, and water data from clients and management.

** What You'll Need:*
* + Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 2 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of 2+ years of experience and education will be considered.

+ Has some knowledge of standard principles with limited practical experience of applying them.

+ Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.

+

Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments. In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

+ Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset. Intermediate math skills.

+ Ability to calculate difficult figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.

+ Ability to work within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.

+ Strong communication skills to exchange straightforward information, ask questions, and check for understanding.
