A leading distributor of engineered industrial equipment is seeking a Technical Sales Engineer (Trainee) to join a structured 2–3 year development program. This role is designed to build both technical expertise and sales acumen, preparing individuals for long-term career opportunities within the organization.

Participants will complete a hands‑on training program in Memphis, TN, gaining exposure to sales, customer service, and engineering functions before transitioning into a permanent role aligned with both business needs and individual strengths.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field preferred (other degrees considered with strong technical aptitude)
• Strong interest in solution-based selling
• Mechanical/technical aptitude
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly motivated and goal-oriented
• Eager to build a long-term career in technical sales or engineering
• Must be willing to relocate to Memphis, TN for the first 24–36 months
• Flexibility to relocate regionally (e.g., Nashville, Southwest Arkansas) for final role placement
