Job Description
Insight Global is seeking an experienced Reliability Engineering Manager to support a chemical manufacturer client in Memphis, TN.
Responsibilities- Identification, Design, and Implementation of facility and equipment upgrades.
- Identification and resolution of recurring reliability issues.
- Coordination of Predictive Maintenance activities.
- Planning and coordination of plant shutdown maintenance repairs including direct supervision of contract maintenance crews.
- Identification and tracking of equipment criticality and critical spare parts.
- Develop/revise written mechanical maintenance procedures.
- Analyze and improvement of site precision maintenance techniques.
- Spearhead and be responsible for the site’s Spare Parts Program and ensure the appropriate strategy is in place along with being accountable for the Store Room budget and organization.

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (minimum B.S.).
- 7 years in manufacturing/industrial maintenance.
- 3 years of management experience.
- Ability to run RCAs, control/improve MTTF & MTTR - Experience running co-op programs.
- Strong electrical background.
- Spare parts strategies experience.
