The Job You Will Perform:

Assume responsibility for an assigned area of the order-to-invoice process to include:

* Assessing and influencing the effective use of the supported processes and tools

* Managing process enhancements from beginning to end

* Ensuring new or upgraded functionality works via appropriate testing

* Creating or revising support documentation

* Providing day-to-day end user support

* Implementation support (business travel will be required and may be heavy during facility implementations)

* Facilitating better practice sharing across business groups

* Supporting activities for identifying, developing and implementing process improvements which will add incremental annual savings and/or improve the end user experience

* Supporting and sustaining the integrated manufacturing/deliver operating model

The Skills You Will Bring:

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required

* 10+ years of SAP experience in the corrugated industry

* 10+ years of process development or improvement/sustainment experience

* 5+ years of operational experience in the manufacturing/deliver functional process area in a business unit or manufacturing setting

* 10+ years of Supply Chain Application systems experience required (preferably Omega)

* Knowledge of the International Paper Supply Chain operating model

* Successful business planning, implementation and process improvement experience

* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

* Technical flexibility - the ability to learn new systems and how they work, comfort around systems, and a level of tech savvy is required for this position

* In manufacturing/deliver, the required/desired skills are the following:

* Omega (Mill Execution System) experience - Preferred
