** Responsibilities:
*** Monitor and improve manufacturing processes to ensure product quality and compliance with internal and external standards.
* Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions to address non-conformities.
* Develop and maintain documentation such as control plans, inspection instructions, and quality procedures.
* Document, track, and review Supplier Issues through supplier corrective actions.
* Support internal and external audits; ensure readiness for customer quality system assessments.
* Lead or support quality initiatives, including process capability studies, FMEA, and Problem Solving.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Production, Customer Service, Supply Chain) to resolve quality-related issues.
* Drive Continuous Improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma tools.
* Train and support production staff on quality procedures and best practices.
** Work Environment:
*** This position is primarily based in a manufacturing setting, with occasional time spent in office and lab areas.
* Must be able to occasionally lift or move up to 25 pounds.
