We are seeking a detail‑oriented Engineering Technician (Structural Detailer) to support our engineering team in creating precise drawings and models for structural projects. In this role you will translate engineering designs into accurate construction documents, ensuring clarity, efficiency, and compliance with industry standards.

• Perform detailing activities on assigned projects, meeting schedule and accuracy requirements.
• Prepare detailed drawings and fabrication plans based on engineering designs and project specifications.
• Create erection drawings, approval drawings, permit drawings, and anchor rod layouts.
• Upload, edit, and release parts into the manufacturing system for production.
• Collaborate with project teams to identify challenges, propose solutions, and ensure cost‑effective, efficient project execution.
• Maintain project schedules to meet customer needs and ensure high‑quality service.
• Contribute to department objectives, profitability goals, and continuous improvement as part of a high‑performance team.

• Associate or 2‑year technical degree, or 2 additional years of relevant experience.
• Problem‑solving mindset with strong technical and communication skills.
• Eagerness to grow, innovate, and contribute in a collaborative environment.
