As part of its growth, Hexcel, a market leader, is recruiting two Process Engineers (F/H) at its production site in Roussillon (150 employees) near Vienne.

• Provide support to production teams: advice on decision-making, problem-solving, communication, document updates
• Propose and carry out continuous improvement projects in a six sigma approach
• Manage investment projects: quotation, CER writing, cost control, schedule, resource identification, coordination between all concerned parties
• Provide technical support in production / revision of engineering drawings (engineering diagrams, process flows, etc.), operational procedures, documents, and forms
• Supervise the commissioning of new equipment or modification of processes/equipment (MOC): revision of engineering drawings (engineering diagrams, process flows, etc.)
• Perform root cause analysis to study problems related to product, process, or equipment (AMDEC)
• Ensure compliance with applicable service standards and other quality requirements. Lead associated action plans
• Plan and execute tests of process or product improvements, in close collaboration with operations staff and technical coordinator
• Define SPC requirements/procedures and promote SPC techniques/principles
• Ensure and optimize the technical performance of products by controlling and managing process parameters: ensure documentary rigor, periodic process measurements, data analysis.

• Bachelor's degree - General engineer with a specialization in chemical engineering, or mechanical engineering. A minimum of 8 years of experience is required for this position.
• Fluent English - B2 minimum
• Mastery of continuous improvement tools and problem-solving methods (5S, lean, 6 Sigma…)
• Mastery of statistical data analysis methods (SPC)
• Good relational and writing skills
