To strengthen our sales team, we are recruiting an experienced Business Development Manager to grow the client portfolio and contribute to the growth of the Villard Bonnot agency.

In this role, your main responsibilities will be:

• Prospecting new industrial clients in Isère, Savoie, and Haute Savoie
• Building and maintaining trust relationships with clients, identifying their needs and responding to them with reactivity
• Responding to calls for tenders; developing technical and commercial proposals, negotiating and concluding contracts
• Analyzing sector trends and identifying growth opportunities
• Leading and managing a team of technicians, ensuring coordination and motivation of field teams
• Writing technical specifications and consulting suppliers
• Developing and monitoring schedules, budgets, and deadlines
• Following and analyzing business performance
• Defining and piloting key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize profitability
• Ensuring compliance with contractual requirements and safety standards

Technical training (Bac+2 to Bac+5) with confirmed experience in commercial development or project management in an industrial environment.

Knowledge in mechanics, piping, sheet metal work, and mechanical welding would be a real asset to your application.

Travel is required in the 38, 73, and 74 departments, and occasionally in the 26 and 07.

You have excellent interpersonal skills and a great sense of listening, you like developing trust relationships with your clients. Your business and project management skills will be indispensable assets to succeed in the tasks entrusted to you.

You are rigorous, and sensitive to safety and security themes. You know how to adapt and have a taste for teamwork.
