In the context of the development of the Villard Bonnot agency, we are recruiting a Business Development Manager for Hydroelectricity H/F.

Under the responsibility of the Activities Manager, you will be in charge of developing and maintaining a client portfolio in the sectors of hydro electricity, paper making, cement, and steelmaking.

In this role, your main responsibilities will be:

• Building and maintaining trust-based relationships with your clients, identifying their needs and responding to them with reactivity,
• Responding to calls for tenders; elaborating technical and commercial proposals, negotiating and concluding contracts,
• Leading and managing a team of technicians, ensuring the coordination and motivation of field teams,
• Drafting specifications and consulting suppliers,
• Developing and monitoring schedules, budgets, and deadlines,
• Following up and analyzing the performance of affairs,
• Defining and piloting key performance indicators (KPI) to optimize profitability,
• Ensuring compliance with contractual requirements and safety standards.

Technical training (Bac+2 to Bac+5) with confirmed experience in commercial development or project management in hydroelectric/industrial environments.

Knowledge in mechanics, piping, boilermaking, and mechanical welding will be appreciated.

Travel is required in the departments of 38, 73, 74, and occasionally in 26 and 07.

With excellent interpersonal skills and a great sense of listening, you enjoy developing trust-based relationships with your clients. Your reactivity and organizational skills allow you to best meet the expectations of your clients. Your ability to manage affairs and projects will be indispensable assets for success in the tasks entrusted to you.

You are rigorous and sensitive to safety and security issues. You know how to adapt and have a taste for teamwork. Your customer service skills and commitment are assets for success in this position.
