Job Title
Air Liquide Electronics Systems is a part of the Industrial Solutions branch whose mission is to increase the industrialization capabilities of the Global Markets and Technologies World Business Unit by relying on various manufacturing entities. Air Liquide Electronics Systems designs and supplies gas and fluid distribution equipment for electronic and industrial markets and currently comprises around 150 people in France and Asia.
The key competencies of our teams revolve around R&D, control command, cleanroom piping, and installations.
Your Contribution and How You Will Thrive in This Role
For an 11-month fixed-term contract as a Control Command Design Specialist, your main role is to develop programs, conduct tests, and ensure the startup of equipment at our clients' sites. You will be the technical guarantor of the proper functioning of our solutions, from the design office to the final installation. You will bring your expertise to support project teams and evolve our design standards.
Your Daily Challenges Include:
- Conception and Programming:
You will translate project needs into concrete technical solutions. You will conduct studies and develop all or part of the programs of the PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers), HMIs (Human-Machine Interfaces) that control our installations. - Testing and Validation:
You will conduct functional tests to ensure that the equipment is fully compliant and operational. - On-Site Client Commissioning:
You will travel to our clients' sites, both in France and abroad, to start up the equipment. You will provide technical support to the client teams and train them on the operation of our machines. - Improvement and Support:
You will actively participate in the continuous improvement of our products and processes. You will write technical documentation (manuals, reports) and contribute to the capitalization of knowledge within the team. - Safety and Quality:
You will ensure the permanent respect of safety and quality standards in all your actions, in accordance with our internal processes.
Are You the Right Person for This Role?
Education:
You have a technical Bac+5 degree with a specialization in industrial automation, electrotechnics, or software development.Technical
Skills:- You master the programming of industrial PLCs (Grafcet, Ladder, IL) and human-machine interfaces (HMI).
- You have good knowledge of electricity and instrumentation, and you can read electrical schematics.
- Technical English, especially in writing, is necessary to understand documentation and evolve in an international context.
Personal Qualities:
You are autonomous, with an excellent sense of customer service.
